Notes on returns
If your return should cause you to fall below the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs subsequently.
We will then deduct this from the order value of the return when refunding.
Do I have to expect customs or other fees?
For deliveries to Germany and Austria there are no additional customs costs or import taxes. Your order will be delivered directly to your door.
For deliveries to the Switzerland and in other non-EU countries there may be additional customs and/or import tax payments.
Attention: During peak periods, standard deliveries may take a little longer.

We always try to make everything possible and ship to all countries. If your country is not listed, write us a short message and we will calculate the costs individually.
I did not receive my package. What can I do?
Wenn du dein Paket innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht erhalten hast, schreibe uns eine Nachricht mit deinem Namen und der Bestellnummer – wir kümmern uns darum.
How can I return a product?
You have 14 days after delivery time to return your order.
Please fill in the Rücksendeformular (hier klicken) vollständig aus und lege dieses deiner Bestellung bei. So können wir deine Retoure einwandfrei zuordnen und schnellstmöglich bearbeiten.
We recommend the return as insured package, not as a letter.
As standard DHL package your return is insured up to a value of 500,00 Euro. Should this be lost on the way to us, you will get the value of goods refunded by DHL.
Unfortunately we cannot refund lost shipments!
Important! The returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition. Pack the unwanted items (with original label and packaging) in a package of your choice.

Can I exchange an item?
You are welcome to exchange an item if it does not fit or you like it.
If the item is too big or too small for you, send us a message and we will check the availability of another size and reserve it for you.
Send us back the not wanted product (as insured shipment). As soon as we have received it, we will send you the new size.
Please always enclose the completed returns form so that we can process the case as quickly as possible. Write us a note in the remarks field if you want to exchange the product.

Who pays for the return shipment?
