Filled salmon fillet
(for 4 portions)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
• 1,3 lbs salmon fillet, with skin
• 0,13 lbs dried tomatoes
• 2 garlic cloves
• 0,12 lbs walnuts
• 4 stems dill
• 0,66 lbs spinach, blanched
• 0,22 lbs feta
• salt
• pepper
01. Wash salmon, pat dry and halve. Cut a pocket in the middle of each piece lengthwise (do not cut through completely).
02. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Chop the walnuts and chop the dill. Crumble the feta.
03. Mix spinach, tomatoes, feta, walnuts and dill in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
04. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
05. Fill the salmon with the spinach mixture and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
06. Cook for approx. 20 minutes at 120° top / bottom heat.

TIP – röste die Walnüsse kurz an, bevor du sie mit der Masse vermischst. Das schmeckt besonders lecker
Das ist wirklich eins meiner Lieblingsrezepte, weil es unfassbar lecker schmeckt und so schnell zubereitet ist.
Außerdem brauchst du keine fancy Zutaten.
Manchmal mache ich die doppelte Portion, denn kalt am nächsten Tag schmeckt genauso super.
